Update...scattered showers have developed with the heat of the day 
over portions of central and north central Oregon. This activity is 
ahead of the main well defined shortwave approaching the Oregon 
coast. Have upped the probability of precipitation for the remainder of the evening in these 
areas to account for the shower activity. Otherwise the forecast of 
gradually increasing chances for rain showers overnight and Sunday 
looks good. There will be a slight chance for thunderstorms in the 
east Sunday afternoon...especially if some diurnal heating can 
occur. 78

Aviation...06z tafs...VFR conditions to prevail through 06z 
Monday...expect gradually lowering ceilings overnight and Sunday as 
a storm system approaches. Showers will impact all taf sites with 
ceilings around 4000 feet above ground level. There could be brief periods of MVFR 
conditions late tonight through Sunday prior to 22z. Winds will be 
light through Sunday morning then become west-SW at 8-15 knots Sunday 
afternoon and early evening. 78
