Overcast, -3C, blowing snow from NW @ 20KPH, temp to rise on the plus side, going down into double digits overnight. The weather pattern continues for the remainder of the week.
Report Cards in, the female portion of the group has maintained the stereotype of doing quite well. On the other hand the cool one too cool to the extent he is marginal at best on some of his subjects. Corrective action underway, will see how the next semester plays out.
The arena still being used in these temps, and will hold out for awhile as long as the overnight temps allow further freezing, and the well insulated arena keeps the warmer temps outside.

Community quiet this time of year, fishing taking a holiday for the most part. Guys getting thier gear ready to go back in the water by the end of March for the spring go round.
Report Card from Rob a disappointment, he should have the idea not acceptable, will have to wait and see if he responds. Difficult to get a reading on him, poor Emily wears her reaction on her sleeve, especially when her grandmother takes issue with some behaviour.
Have a good one.

It looks like a sunny day here today but still to cool to get out for a walk.
I found an article on the web last night that it's a discriminatory act to suspend a drivers license for a disability. I slowed it to the wife and she said GO For It but let me know when your on the road so that I can get clear. lol
Have a geat day
We are in for some more rain today and our northeast is in for some more snow. It will turn cold here tomorrow night with temps down in the thirties so once again cover up all the tropical plants. Getting so tired of this. Each time California get rain we seem to be in for more pain.
Another awesome day! It was plus 3 and sunny at lunch so packed up the buggy and headed for the barn. The pass was 'just' passable but made it - which is all that counts. All is well there. Greta - the mare - was not too happy to come in from her sun spot, but once we got going on our ride she seemed okay with it. So lovely - hated to get off.
We even conjured up a barbecu tonight. Last night's chicken dinner brought out quite a few invitees? and tonight sister stopped in. I might add she texted me first and said 'what's for supper?" Does no one want to know how I am, or anything? Apparently not. Oh well, the table seems quite dead without at least 3 or 4 extras.
Husband was first responder for the Moosehead Amonnia leak yesterday and it took quite a bit out of him. They could not get a pulse on Sam and no matter what they did they couldn't get him back. The paramedics were able to shock him back when they arrived. Husband cannot seem to get the event out of his mind. Sam is still in hospital, but seems to be recovering.
Son was at AP History last night for three hours. I hope he can keep up the work load. Rugby practice started yesterday as well, and he is pretty much done in tonight. We will see.
Well, someone else is knocking so have to split. Have an excellent day.
