Here are my predictions for the 2008 Atlantic, Eastern Pacific, and Central Pacific Hurricane Season as well as the Western Pacific Typhoon Season.
Atlantic
15 - (16) - 18 Storms
06 - (08) - 09 Hurricanes
02 - (03) - 04 Major Hurricanes
Eeastern Pacific
12 - (14) - 15 Storms
05 - (06) - 07 Hurricanes
01 - (02) - 03 Major Hurricanes
Central Pacific
0 - (1) - 2 Storms
0 - (0) - 1 Hurricanes
0 - (0) - 1 Major Hurricanes
Western Pacific
23 - (24) - 26 Storms
14 - (16) - 17 Typhoons
02 - (03) - 05 Super Typhoons
Note
Super Typhoon winds are equal to, or greater than 150 mph (130 kts) and should not be thought of as being the same as Major Hurricanes which have winds of 111 mph (96 kts) or greater.
Crossover storms (storms that move from one basin to another) will count only for the basin they formed in.
Middle numbers (bold and in parentheses) are my exact predictions.
